A specialist SEN school in Kempston is seeking Psychology and Criminology graduates to join their team as School Mental Health Assistants. In this role, you will provide vital support to children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as those with ADHD, communication difficulties, Down syndrome, and other speech, language, and communication challenges.

Position: School Mental Health Assistant

Sector: Education and Training

Location: Kempston

Salary: £460-£500 per week

Contract: Long-term, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Psychology or Criminology) or prior experience in SEN
- A passion for mental health, autism, and supporting children with SEMH needs
- Knowledge or a strong interest in various learning and behavioural needs
- Ability to commute to Kempston
