Our client is a leading organisation, they have a reputation for providing exceptional solutions that meet their client's needs. They are now looking for a motivated and organised Search Co-ordinator to join their team.

About The Job:

As a Search Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Directors, clients, and candidates throughout all assignment processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assignment handling:

Managing travel arrangements and diaries for Directors, clients, and candidates
Acting as the primary point of contact for administration purposes
Providing post-interview support from MS Teams transcripts
Preparing and reviewing various documentation such as proposals, reports, and presentations
Ensuring timely and accurate correspondence
Placing job advertisements and managing responsesResearch:

Conducting internet research to support business assignments
Utilising the internal database to identify relevant candidates
Managing and updating the database in compliance with GDPR requirementsGeneral:

Assisting with office administration tasks
Managing the internal database effectively
Dealing with inbound enquiries
Arranging travel and accommodation when necessary
Supporting Directors with financial matters, including generating sales invoices and expenses claims
Handling team and board meeting preparations
Liaising with suppliers for facilities management
Maintaining office supplies and inventoryCompetencies:

Demonstrating a high level of integrity and discretion
Confidently interacting with clients
Self-motivated, results-focused, and resilient
Detail-oriented and methodical
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems
Accurate typing and proofreading abilities
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relay information effectively
Proactive and able to take initiative
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
