People Dynamix Education is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Primary School in Southport, Merseyside. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their team and make a positive impact on young learners.

Role & Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student development.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, promoting a safe and respectful classroom culture.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
An enhanced DBS certificate
Experience working within a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student development.
