Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
Provide remote technical assistance via email, phone, and remote PC login sessions.
Conduct on-site support, performing in-depth diagnostics when remote solutions are not feasible.
Commission systems installed by our customers, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Support the sales team with site surveys, reviewing technical specifications, and preparing AutoCAD drawings for installation planning.
Offer technical expertise on product performance and application, helping customers with troubleshooting and system configurations.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual with the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a technical support or field engineer role.
Strong understanding of electronics, IT systems, and security equipment (intercom, access control, CCTV).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach and ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to customers.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.What We Offer:
Salary: Competitive package ranging from £28,000 to £39,000 (negotiable based on experience).
Bonus: Yearly bonus between £2,000 - £4,000.
