Lead on Exciting Projects: Manage a variety of projects across commercial, residential, and specialist sectors from inception to completion.
Deliver Comprehensive Building Surveys: Conduct detailed assessments, prepare robust technical reports, and provide expert advice to clients.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with senior leaders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Solve Complex Challenges: Address technical issues and offer innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Drive Client Relationships: Build lasting partnerships through exceptional service and clear communication. About You:
Proven experience in building surveying, with expertise in project delivery and technical reporting.
Passionate about creating value and exceeding client expectations.
A confident communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
