Role Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Lead Land Consents Surveyor within a growing infrastructure firm. This role will focus on managing land consents within the Bury St Edmunds area, and you'll be responsible for leading a team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supervising and guiding team members

* Strong understanding of landowner relationships, acquisition processes, and legislation

* Managing land consents, compensation claims, and high-risk areas

* Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

* MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards this

* Strong team management and leadership skills

* Understanding of the Electricity Act (1989)

* Good negotiating skills and a proactive attitude

* Full UK driving licence
