Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £27,(Apply online only) - £30,(Apply online only) per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final delivery. This includes adding margins, handling customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers to update them on their orders and address any queries or issues.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make proactive outbound calls to generate new business and handle incoming enquiries.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts, and drive business growth.
Requirements:

Experience Required: Proven track record in sales within the Metals industry, with a strong understanding of metal-based products (copper, aluminium, titanium, steel, iron).
Sales Skills: Ability to manage the sales cycle effectively and achieve targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of the sales process efficiently.
