Our Client is a market leading PPE (Personal Protective Equipment Manufacturer) based near Birmingham.

Known throughout workplaces nationwide for providing a diverse range of high-quality safety products, you will be joining the company during an exciting period of product & market development where marketing will play a key role in the growth of the business.

The successful candidate will lead the marketing team (2 members of staff) as part of the commercial department and touch all areas of the business while developing our marketing strategy and driving awareness of our brands. You will be working in a supportive, fast-paced team environment where taking the initiative is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the marketing department ensuring the team delivers high quality work.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the marketing strategy, aligned with the company’s goals and values, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all applications.

* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators related to brand awareness, perception and engagement.

* Work with agencies and the internal team to produce high quality content for the website, social media and trade publications.

* Planning and leading photoshoots working with the product team and external photographers to produce quality content for our marketing materials and website.

* Work in partnership with the Digital Manager to maximise SEO performance of our websites, through the development of engaging content targeting key industrial verticals.

* Ensure the CRM system is calibrated effectively to track integrated below the line campaigns.

* Research end user requirements and develop demand pull lead generation programs, tracking progress and success through CRM.

* Develop and manage POS programs to ensure our products gain valuable presence in distributor trade counters.

* Ensure marketing brochures, documents and records are up to date with the latest information and aligned to industry vertical needs.

* Plan and oversee trade events aligned with business objectives.

* Take responsibility for the marketing budget monitoring and reporting on campaign ROI.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

* Professional qualification, Masters or Degree in Marketing.

* B2B marketing experience with an in-depth knowledge of creating engaging, integrated campaigns.

* Exceptional creative and communication skills.

* Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

* Experience in copy writing for a B2B audience.

* Be a team player who can work independently and collaboratively.

The client will consider candidates looking for a step up with slightly less experience.

Hours 9am -5:30pm at the client's HQ
