Job Title: First Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Birmingham, UK
Salary: £25,000

We are working with a dynamic and growing managed service provider based in Birmingham. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic First Line IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for our clients' IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the initial point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues.
Provide support for Office 365, including user management, troubleshooting, and application support.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
Address networking issues, including connectivity and performance problems.
Offer hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows Servers, and networking fundamentals.
Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.Why Join Us?
