Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs to ensure profitability and budget control.

Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Using COINS software for cost management and reporting.

Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Ensuring compliance with contract terms and procurement processes.

Supporting the commercial team with forecasting and cash flow management.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector – essential.

Proficiency in COINS software – required.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
