We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established company specialising in high-quality fit-out projects. With a strong reputation for delivering excellence, this business is looking for a skilled professional to manage cost estimation and framework pricing for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects.
Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
Applying framework rates to estimates to ensure consistency and profitability.
Producing detailed cost breakdowns for tender submissions. Requirements:

Strong understanding of framework agreements and pricing structures.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of framework agreements, pricing structures, and cost estimation techniques.
Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail in cost calculations and financial forecasting.
