Konker is recruiting two Architectural Technologists to join one of Manchester’s leading architectural practices.
 
Due to winning several new projects they are seeking Architectural Technologists experienced with Revit to join their team of 50.
 
They are in central Manchester and offer hybrid working to all staff.
 
The Architectural Technologist position will see you work on medium-sized scale projects across the UK and Europe.

You will be working as part of a team on larger-scale projects whilst also providing key problem-solving skills. For smaller-scale projects, you will be able to project-run them with the support of a Director.
 
The practice has a wide range of professionals working for it including Architects, Architectural Technologists & Designers.
 
This practice of 50 has won many awards over the last few years for projects they have worked on nationally and internationally.
 
The Position: Architectural Technologist

Working in a Revit & BIM Environment
Producing planning applications and building regulation drawings
Part of a collaborative team
Produce technical drawings
Working directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
Small-scale projects – manage from start to finish Salary & Benefits: Architectural Technologist

£27K-£36K Circa (Working hours of 36 per week!)
Central Manchester
Hybrid working for all staff
