An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join an established, sucessful M&E Contractor within the Building Services industry
This is an opportunity to join a small commercial team as a newly qualified Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in commercially managing a diverse scope of projects including Education, Commercial, Industrial and Retail
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will
* Be involved in the preparation of tenders/estimates
* Prepare variations/valuations
* Liaise with site teams and maintain records
* Assist with CVR’s
* Be involved in finalising accounts
Our client requires the successful individual to have ;
* Degree within Quantity Surveying
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Driving licence
