Birchrose Associates are pleased to be partnering with a Top 20 International law firm in London, seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor for a 12 month FTC.

Vacancy

The firm is looking to on-board an experienced Employment Solicitor on a FTC basis, working full-time alongside Partners of their Legal 500 ranked Employment department. The role is to start imminently, for a 12 month period covering maternity leave.

The successful Employment Solicitor will be supporting the Partners and handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as some corporate support work. Employment Tribunals and High Court litigation will feature. Additionally, the work will include the coordination of cross-border projects including restructurings and compliance projects.

Requirements

Qualified Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
Experience working at a top City firm on complex employment matters
Experience in restrictive covenant injunctions, delivery up applications and a range of employee competition issues would be advantageous

Experience in general employment advisory work

Excellent academic qualifications
