Our client is seeking a experienced Multi Trader to join their team who's based in the North London area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades and able to undertake a range of tasks in a competent and timely manner. Previous experience working within Social Housing is essential.

This is a permanent role, suited best for applicants who live within North London and are used to mobile work.

About the role:

You will work in the North London area as part of a team dedicated to delivering maintenance to their residents and properties in and around the North London area. This is a mobile position, with potential for a company vehicle, fuel card.

Duties include:

* Carrying out repair and renewal tasks

* Promptly informing the Supervisor when additional trades are needed

* Independently handling specific tasks

* Collaborating with colleagues to complete joint tasks

* Filling out daily work sheets with details of work completed and materials used after each job

* Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements:

* Full UK drivers license

* NVQ Level 2/3- Carpentry (or equivalent)

* Multi Trades/ Carpentry skills

* Previous experience working within social housing

* Great communication/ customer service skills

* Superb standard of work
