Role: RLO (Retrofit)

Salary: £30k - 40k per year + Car Allowance

Location: South East London / Kent

Parker Jones Group is working for a large social housing contractor who is seeking an Resident Liaison Officer to oversee their retrofit/decarbonisation works around the South East London and Kent areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support in the delivery of retrofit programmes that will include: All aspects of insulation, air source/ground source heat pumps, window and door insulation, solar pv and battery storage.

* Manage access notifications and appointments

* Manage residents’ expectations, rearrangement or postponement of works

* Customer Complaints and issue resolution

* Delivery of customer survey process via door to door surveys and telephone surveys

* Log and update Quality Plans that are sent to clients

* Arrange and attend Resident Open Days

* Aid with administration duties in relation to the project

* Communicate the above with the site staff and our client

* Support with Community Projects / activities where requested

Knowledge/Experience:

* Must have experience of working on retrofit/decarbonisation works

* High Level of Customer Care skills including negotiation and listening skills

* Good time management and organisational skills

* IT Skills/Understanding of EXCEL and WORD

* Good telephone manner

* Full UK Drivers Licence

Package:

* Salary up to £40,000

* Car allowance and fuel card
