Job Title: Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Location: Central Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes
Remuneration: £26,000 - £27,000
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
A leading brand is seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their team in Central Milton Keynes. As the first point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of contact for customer queries and provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Monitor customer orders, proactively identifying any potential issues and taking necessary action to resolve them.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system, documenting any relevant information or changes.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover from sales to customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Handle escalated customer complaints, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Review customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practises to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, and be proactive in resolving customer issues.
