As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier recruitment services. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively source new clients and build long-term relationships with companies in various sectors.

Client Management: Understand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and deliver excellent customer service.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets through effective relationship management and consultative sales.

Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide clients with up-to-date market insights.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in recruitment sales or a similar client-focused sales role is essential.
