Provide product information, solve problems, and process orders to ensure an excellent customer experience
Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, aiming for timely, one-contact resolution
Effectively manage customer escalations with empathy and conflict resolution techniques
Utilise strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle a high volume of activities
Conduct detailed investigation of customer issues to identify and swiftly resolve any faults
Support our customers through phone management
Process quotes, orders, and sample orders efficiently
Manage merchandising orders and calendars
Proactively monitor and handle open orders, incomplete orders, and delays? Skills/Experience:
