We are hiring for a Steel Fixer to join our Precast Factory in Worksop.

Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately position and secure steel reinforcements
Cut, bend, and install steel bars and mesh as required for precast concrete elements
Ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in all steel work installation
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all factory procedures and health and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlinesWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Steel Fixer in a factory or construction environment is essential
Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints
Precision and accuracy in your work is crucial
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude are key to success in this role
