Neighbourhood Housing Lead – North/West London

We’re looking for a confident and committed Neighbourhood Housing Lead to deliver a responsive, resident-focused housing service across a varied patch in North and West London.

Contract Details:

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)

Working Arrangement: Agile – 1–2 days office/patch attendance required

Patch Location: North/West London (various locations)

Salary: £35,951 – £39,531 (depending on experience)

Additional Allowance: £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met)

Closing Date: 29th April 2025 at 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a designated patch delivering tenancy, leasehold, and estate management

Lead on resolving tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour cases

Maintain safe, clean, and compliant communal areas and homes

Foster positive relationships with residents and external stakeholders

Drive service improvements and community engagement

Requirements:

Solid experience in neighbourhood or housing management

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

Comfortable working independently across multiple sites

Resident-focused approach and proactive problem-solving mindset

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for ECUA eligibility)
