Your Role as a Fire & Security Service Engineer
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients by:
* Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control systems.
* Providing professional callout support as part of the on-call rota.
* Delivering top-tier customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
* Addressing client concerns proactively and escalating issues when necessary.
* Ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are accurate and timely.
* Adhering to company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
* A full, valid UK driving licence.
* Strong knowledge of fire and intruder alarm standards.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
* Desirable certifications: CSCS/ECS/IPAF and experience with Gent Fire systems.
Your Work Schedule
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
