Position: Area SENCo
Location: Various Schools within Lambeth
Reporting to: Senior Strategic Area SENCo

Pay: £269.38 Per Day Umbrella

What You'll Do:

Champion Change: Lead and support schools in improving teaching and learning standards for pupils with SEN.
Expert Guidance: Provide strategic direction and hands-on support to schools, ensuring they deliver exceptional SEN education.
Innovate and Inspire: Collaborate with educators to develop and implement innovative SEN strategies.
Impactful Training: Deliver high-quality training and professional development for school staff.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision, driving continuous improvement.What We're Looking For:

Experienced SEN Professional: Proven experience in SEN teaching or coordination.
Inspirational Leader: Ability to motivate and inspire school staff to achieve excellence.
Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective SEN strategies.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with schools and stakeholders.
