Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office.

The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the residential / commercial sector.

Building Control Surveyor Position Overview

Survey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition
Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates
Involvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections and project management duties.
Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.

Building Control Surveyor Position Requirements

Prior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the residential/commercial sector
Fully registered or applied to be (Level 2F or 3G)
Open to level 2D/E in the North Yorkshire area
Degree qualified
Full or part qualified RICS or CABE

Building Control Surveyor Position Remuneration

Salary: £45k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
