On behalf of our client, H9 Human Resources is seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. What You’ll Do:
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations (ER) cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
* Lead and support strategic EDI initiatives, enhancing workplace culture and promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR best practices.
* Analyse HR trends and provide proactive solutions to improve engagement and organisational effectiveness.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in an HR advisory or business partner role.
* Strong background in employee relations, with the ability to manage complex cases confidently.
* Passion for EDI and fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with a commitment to continuous learning.
This role offers a salary of up to £37,500 and is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
