Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a £500K commercial fit-out project in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced fit-out projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead the site team to ensure the successful completion of the fit-out within budget and timeline.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce H&S regulations, ensuring a safe working environment in line with CDM regulations.
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
Programme & Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against the programme, adjusting plans where necessary to meet deadlines.
Quality Control: Ensure all works meet required standards and specifications, conducting regular snagging and inspections.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
Material & Logistics Management: Oversee site deliveries, materials, and plant to ensure smooth workflow.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.Requirements:

Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on similar fit-out projects (£500K+ value).
Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, including partitions, ceilings, M&E coordination, and finishing trades.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold Card), and First Aid certification are essential.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Experience using project management software and reporting tools
