(PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR OFFICE BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE IS ESSENTIAL)

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide an excellent customer service.
Have the ability to handle and resolve online order enquiries to ensure Customer satisfaction.
You will be the front facing call handler - dealing with all incoming customer service inquiries.MAIN TASKS :
Dealing with and responding to e-mails in relation to incoming order enquiries.
Answering telephone calls from clients and directing the calls appropriately when necessary
Printing and checking service orders
Updating on order progress and delivery dates
General ad-hoc administration
Updating spreadsheets accordingly
Processing courier deliveries onto the system
Calling clients with gentle reminders of payment due dates
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING
Must be numerate & literate
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Must be able to work independently or within a team
Must be willing to learn
Good work ethic
Computer literate (Excel, Word)
Must be a team player, ability to work with others, consistent, able to work under pressure, even tempered and a calming personalityWorking Hours : 09.00 am to 17.00 pm
Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
