My client are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented and experienced NPD and Product Range Manager to join our team in London. Ideal Candidate & Role

* Own the NPD calendar

* Responsible for the product range both online and offline improve customer retention through improved consistency/quality

* Monitor and track product feedback and review

* Trend analysis

* Successfully delivering product launches to budget and timeline

* Work closely with marketing to develop exciting new products that will create long standing customer relationships

* Improve recipe and product cost by 5% without compromising on quality (look and taste)

* Process improvement by product range, reducing handling/complexity by 10%

Skills/Abilities:

* Proven experience in project management and working with different teams across the function.

* Strong organisational, planning, analytical and task time-keeping skills

* Effective planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communicator, verbal, non-verbal and written

* Experience with client-facing tasks, including presentations, over the phone, online and any communication methods the business uses.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with different departments.

Salary £55,000
