We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to support construction projects at two locations: Sawston, Cambridge, and Mollison Avenue, Enfield. The successful candidate will manage general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of site operations, and will divide their time between the two sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, including document management, filing, and data entry.
* Manage site-related correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and maintain project records.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
* Handle the organization and scheduling of meetings, site visits, and inductions.
* Support health and safety compliance by maintaining relevant records and documentation.
* Coordinate the flow of information between site teams and head office.
* Order and manage site supplies and equipment as needed.
* Assist with visitor management and maintain sign-in/out logs for site personnel.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and travel between both sites as required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
