We are currently recruiting for a customer Sales Advisor to join a fantastic Automotive company in Heanor on a permanent basis.

If you’re passionate about cars, confident speaking on the phone and love talking all things technical, this would be the perfect role for you!

The role will involve:
• Dealing with outbound and inbound calls
• Handling customer queries
• Providing information about products to customers via the phone
• Updating customer records on an internal computer database
• Creating invoices and credit notes for customers
• Liasing with the technical department to provide accurate information to customers about products
• Creating outbound and inbound labels for couriers

If you have the below experience APPLY NOW!
• Previous experience in customer service role.
• Confident dealing with customers on the phone
• Competent with general administration tasks
