Permanent – £35,000 to £45,000 per annum basic salary, plus excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble precision components according to engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

* Provide input on prototype designs and suggest improvements for assembly and contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing process.

* Collaborate with inspection, wiring, and testing teams to maintain high standards.

* Ensure projects meet production schedules and customer requirements.

* Accurately log assembly, production and testing data in internal systems.

* Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Quality standards.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in engineering testing or mechanical engineering.

* Mechanical assembly experience, ideally within high-precision engineering.

* Basic computer skills.

* Strong communication and teamworking skills
