We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with extensive experience in retail fit-outs to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on retail fit-out projects.
* Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
* Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely execution of electrical installations.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards on all sites.
* Monitor and manage the progress of electrical work, ensuring it aligns with project timelines and milestones.
* Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to project managers and clients.
* Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during the installation process.
* Manage material procurement, stock control, and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Maintain and enforce a high standard of health and safety on site.
* Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.
Requirements:
* Gold ECS card
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in retail fit-outs or similar projects.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
* Experience in managing a team and coordinating subcontractors.
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
