Assistant Vocational Trainer Chelmsford - Hybrid - 2 days per week.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Vocational Trainer to support the delivery of hands-on training programs. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing lesson materials, conducting practical demonstrations, and mentoring trainees to develop industry-specific skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the lead trainer in delivering vocational training sessions.
Assist trainees with hands-on learning and practical exercises.
Prepare training materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.
Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Relevant experience or qualification in the training industry.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative training environment.
Passion for skill development and workforce training.

Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm)
