Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Competitive base salary with an OTE £32K Uncapped Commission Structure from the start

Overview:
New Recruits are looking for dynamic individuals to be part of a fast growing and diverse business. Our client is looking for Telesales Agents to be part of a dynamic sales environment. We are seeking motivated individuals who excel in communication and sales to contribute to their success.

Duties:

* Develop and implement effective sales processes to drive outbound switching sales.

* Take lead for sales delivery achieving conversions for switching suppliers

* Complete a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective customers with the aim to switch their current provider

* Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

* Work closely with the sales management team to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications:

* Strong delivery, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Previous exposure to B2C sales processes and switching market dynamics preferable

* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets & KPIs

* Proficient in analysing sales tactics and performance metrics to inform a driven adaptive approach

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
