Site Manager - Residential Construction (Fixed-Term Contract) - York

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a fixed-term contract with a leading residential builder in York. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the delivery of high-quality homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet project time lines.

Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed to NHBC standards.

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

Handle site documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.

Strong knowledge of NHBC regulations and building standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
