Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Wetherby

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced leader in warehouse operations, ready to drive efficiency and ensure smooth processes? Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee their operations, maintain high standards, and uphold service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement processes with department managers to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

Manage stock levels and introduce waste reduction strategies.

Provide managers with the tools and resources required to meet their daily objectives.

Conduct regular meetings with managers to review successes, objectives, and challenges.

Establish and monitor KPIs to maintain consistent operational efficiency.

Anticipate potential delays and work with the team to mitigate impacts on SLAs.

Lead processes for exporting finished products outside the UK.

Act as the main contact for operational tool repairs or replacements.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in collaboration with managers.

Oversee maintenance contracts and services with the facilities team.

Arrange and support training requirements for operational teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations management.

Strong background in process improvement and efficiency strategies.

Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
