We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Coordinator to join our team in London.
As a Service Coordinator, you will oversee the daily service provision for Service Users within a designated geographical area. Your role includes creating detailed work schedules for employees and providing clear written and verbal instructions. You will assist in managing and monitoring service quality, ensuring continuity of care, and addressing gaps in work availability to maintain viable schedules. Matching employees to Service Users based on shared interests, you will foster strong relationships and address concerns promptly to enhance service delivery. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will also participate in an On Call rota for out-of-hours support and supervise staff effectively.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in line management position within Health & Social Care
• Excellent relationship builder
• Experience of working with people, face-to-face and telephone
• Experience of working in a pressurised environment
• Highly organised with an eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience of using electronic rostering systems
