Junior Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Support the Regional Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
* Assist in analysing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
* Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
* Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Skills
* Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions regarding sales strategies.
* Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
