My client is a privately owned groundworks contractor with a turnover of £10 - £15 million. Based in Essex with easy access via the A12, the company is well established with a strong and loyal client base.

They are currently looking for a Lead Contracts Manager to manage the project delivery team within the company. You will have contract managers as your direct reports and work closely with the commercial team. The role will also include a significant client facing role where you will establish new relationships and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

They are looking for a senior level individual with strong technical knowledge of groundworks and civils projects, knowledge of programming and project planning, excellent man management skills and the ability to manage the project delivery function within a thriving groundworks company
