About the Role:
Join an innovative and forward-thinking company in the aviation sector as a Material Planner. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring material availability and seamless production operations. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and mitigate material shortages to prevent production delays.
Ensure accurate data management and swiftly resolve discrepancies.
Develop and maintain material supply schedules aligned with production needs.
Implement and improve supply chain processes, driving continuous improvement.
Oversee daily material management, including stock sourcing and procurement coordination.
Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support inventory accuracy.
Streamline material flow to production areas while optimizing inventory levels.
Analyse volume requirements to support production planning.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Foster a well-organized work environment and contribute to strong team collaboration.What We're Looking For:
Minimum: GCSE or equivalent.
Desirable: Degree or apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
Experience in material planning, ideally within aviation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Knowledge of production planning methodologies.What You Bring to the Team:
