Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and Attachment Disorders?
We are working in close partnership with a new specialist SEND setting near Slimbridge that provides tailored education for secondary-aged pupils with an EHCP for SEMH, Autism, and Attachment Disorders. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Worker to join a dynamic team committed to providing a holistic and inclusive approach to education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, Autism, and Attachment Disorders in various learning environments.
* Assist with planning and delivering a bespoke curriculum, including core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science.
* Foster students' personal growth through diverse foundation subjects and hands-on activities.
* Collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning and well-being.
* Participate in team briefings, handovers, and professional development sessions to enhance your skills.
Requirements:
* Personal and/or professional experience working with SEMH, Autism, or Attachment Disorders.
* A compassionate, reliable, and adaptable nature with strong teamwork skills.
* A proactive approach to learning and supporting students in a variety of settings.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Due to the location, having access to your own car is essential.
