Temporary Legal Secretary
Start: July
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £Negotiable DOE
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday – 2 weeks temporary work

Are you a secretary looking for a new opportunity within a family company? Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a secretary to support all day-to-day operations
This role would be suited to someone with great secretarial experience, strong attention to detail, computer literacy and a confident telephone manner.
Duties:
* Typing documents for example letters, forms, and invoices
* Database management, maintaining all notes on the database, using the company software.
* Inbound and outbound calls to clients
* Collation of documents for meetings
* General administration, scanning, sorting, and filing.
* File management
* Diary management - arranging appointments and consultations.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous legal secretary experience is essential
* Experience in the Family Law Sector is extremely advantageous
* Great telephone manner
* Computer literate , use of Microsoft packages is advantageous
* Ability to type with accuracy and speed
* Previous office experience and typing of correspondence
