A leading and established global oil and gas company based in Victoria require a enthusiastic, professional and organised Receptionist to join their small but collaborate growing London team with attractive benefits.
The role:
Front point of contact for all visitors and guests
Answering and transferring calls-liaising with ground floor Reception
Organising lunches and breakfast for meetings
Organising refreshments for guests on arrival
Calendar and diary management
Franking post and distributing post on a daily basis
Arranging courier and taxis
Getting involved with the company Green Days
Managing office stationery and kitchen supplies
Get involved in orgainsing office socials, birthdays and team drinksThe ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role desirable
Excellent client facing and communications skills
Excellent organisation skills is a must for this role
Can do attitude and willing to learn new skills
