Position: Catering Assistant
Location: Islip, Northamptonshire, NN14
Hours: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time available) including night shifts.

Head Chef Role:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team
Develop and execute innovative menus
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and budgetingSous Chef Role:

Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Assist in menu planning and food preparation
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure service runs smoothly
Maintain quality control and food safety standardsRequirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
