Lettings Negotiator- Wembley- £30,000 – plus generous commission!

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Lettings Negotiator to join our prime client’s Build to Rent scheme close by to Wembley. You will be working for a leading property company who have multiple Build to Rent developments all over the UK.

What will your daily duties look like?

• Be the first point of contact for all new letting applications and responding to all enquires.

• Achieving all KPI’s that are set.

• Arranging and conducting property viewings.

• Completing the applicant vetting including ID checks and right to rent.

• Managing renewals.

• Regularly updating property advertisements on social media and property portals.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, to give them the best experience.

• Support with the execution of resident events.

• Conduct pre-arranging check-in reporting

I am looking for the following attributes/ skillset:

• Experience in Lettings Negotiation.

• Exceptional knowledge of appropriate regulation and Legislation.

• Social media savvy.

• Outgoing personality and hardworking.

• Excellent written and spoken etiquette.

You will be working 5 over 7 days for this role.
