Position: Senior Account Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE
  
A creative agency are looking to add to their growing client services team with a Senior Account Manager. They are seeking seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of creative processes and with a passion for top-class client service, who has come from an agency background. A knowledge of consumer behaviour and POS is required.
  
Responsibilities Include:

Management of multiple client accounts
Management of client relationships
Team Management
Translation and management of creative briefs
Develop a deep understanding of creative processes
Oversee full projects and ensure are completed in a timely manner and within budget
Delivery of EMEA based campaigns   
Experience Needed:

Experience working in an agency managing client accounts
Experience managing creative briefs from ideation to completion
Experience in strategic planning
Experience managing/training/overseeing other members of a team
Experience with the delivery of large EMEA based campaigns is highly desirable
Experience in print deliverables
Experience in project management
Experience working on in-store events is desirable
Knowledge of POS/ Windows market
Experience working with clients in the retail sector
