Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy to support children within a supportive Secondary school based in Liverpool, with regular opportunities for CPD. Ideal role for Psychology graduates.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Supporting students across KS3 & KS4
* Running key interventions to support learning
* Strong behaviour management.
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students

Desirable:

* Previous experience supporting children or young people
* Previous experience working within a secondary school environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting young people
