Job Title: General Cover Supply or Full Time Teacher

Location: Brixham

Company Overview: The Supply Register are a managed service working alongside 4 large multi academy trusts within Devon & Cornwall.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of student needs and learning styles.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to actively engage students in the learning process.
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide feedback and support.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about current educational practices and trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching in secondaryy education settings is preferred but not essential.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
