Job Title: Early Years Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Nursery Class in a Primary School in Cwmbran

Contract: Temporary (Mon 28th April - Fri 18th July)

Hours: Full Day (8:30 - 3:30)

Rate: (£90 - £95 per day)

Academics are looking for an Early Years LSA to help with the April early risers in a Nursery Class. You will be supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities:

Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
Assist with classroom activities that promote early learning and development.
Provide support to the class teacher and students throughout the day and during playtime.
Work closely with the nursery team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the children.

Requirements

Previous experience in Early Years or as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Passion for working with younger children
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
