This is an exciting role and outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who has strong background in a B2B demand generation role ideally in a SaaS business. You will be responsible for building and scaling the global demand generation engine for this amazing modern tech business.
What we need is someone hands-on, data-driven and innovative who can design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels. You need to drive predictable pipeline growth, expand the existing customer base, and mobilise partners. You will lead a high-performing team, manage a significant budget, and be a key stakeholder!

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across all channels (ABM, email, paid media, content, SEO/SEM, social, events, partners, etc.).
* Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively across different initiatives.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation and other demand generation technologies.
* Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximise pipeline impact.
* Track, measure, and analyse demand generation performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
* Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform the demand generation strategy.
* Develop and implement customer marketing programs to drive upsells, cross-sells, and advocacy.
* Build and manage engagement with key partners to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
We are looking for:
* 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
* Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that deliver measurable results (pipeline growth, lead generation, revenue contribution).
* Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and best practices. Experience developing and executing successful ABM programs, particularly in the enterprise segment.
* Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, sales cycles, and marketing dynamics. Experience working with SaaS metrics and analytics.
* Proven experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of localization best practices.
* Significant experience working with channel partners, resellers, and referral programs. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective partner marketing strategies.
* Experience developing and executing customer marketing programs to drive upsells, cross-sells, and advocacy
